Senate Resolution 21
Mr. McCain, Mr. Leahy, Mr. Lott, and Mr. Liberman introduced this resolution in the 107th Congress, directing the Sergeant-at-Arms to provide Internet access to certain Congressional documents, including certain Congressional Research Service publications, Senate lobbying and gift report filings, and Senate and Joint Committee documents.
