Community Legal Services Housing Unit
The CLS Housing Unit aids low-income tenants living in private, public, and subsidized (Section 8) housing in Philadelphia. CLS' assistance to private and public housing tenants, includes cases involving eviction, illegal lockouts, unlawful termination of utilities, homes in dangerous states of disrepair, and housing subsidies.
