Lawsuit accuses bank of seizing wrong house
Dr. Alan Schroit of Houston sued Bank of America, which he had neither an account nor a mortgage with, for wrongful invasion, having seized a house he owns free and clear, changed the locks and shut off the power, spoiling 75 pounds of fish. [Galveston County Daily News]
