Thetford Ancient House Museum
Housed in a Tudor merchant's house built about 1490, the museum, founded by the son of an Indian Maharajah, contains items relating to Maharajah Duleep Singh and Thomas Paine, and replicas of the Thetford Treasure, a hoard of late Roman jewellery and spoons.
