The Oshawa Scouting Area will be hosting an open to the public Skate Event at Legends Centre on December 27th. The Oshawa Area has been operating the Scouting Program since 1909 just two years after the birth of the Scouting movement in England, founded by Lt. Gen. Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell.
