Aars is a Danish town in the Himmerlan area on Jutland. Administratively, it is located in Region Nordjylland in the Vesthimmerland municipality. Aars is renowned for its collection of artwork by Per Kirkeby, politician Svend Auken, and successful business man Jes Lund Bengtsson.
