Alabama Agricultural an Mechanical University, also known as Alabama A&M University or AAMU, is an accredited public, coeducational land grant college located in Normal, Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama. It was established under the terms of the Morrill Act of 1890 and is a historically Black university. AAMU is a member school of the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund.
