Anré Roussimoff (May 19, 1946 – January 27, 1993), best known as André the Giant, was a French professional wrestler and actor. "The Official Site of André the Giant" claims he was 7' 4". His great size was a result of a condition known as acromegaly, and led to him being dubbed "The Eighth Wonder of the World."
