AppleTree Markets is a Texas grocery chain that was forme in 1988 with stores from Safeway's Houston division. The division once comprised of 99 stores in the Houston and Austin regions. As of January 21, 2007, the chain operated two locations in Bryan, Texas, its current headquarters.
