Arcae Fire is an indie rock band based in Montreal, Quebec which is based around the husband and wife duo of Win Butler and Régine Chassagne. In 2004, their first full-length album Funeral was recorded. While the group does use the mainstay rock instruments of guitar, drums and bass guitar, they also employ an array of more eccentric musical instruments for a rock band, such as strings, accordion, various brass and harp.
