Mark "Bill" Bailey (born 24 February 1964, Bath, Somerset) is an English stan-up comedian, actor and musician, known for appearing on Never Mind the Buzzcocks, QI, Have I Got News for You, and Black Books as well as his stand up comedy. He is a self proclaimed "confused hippy" known for his thin goatee and skullet hairstyle.
