Boombastic is the thir studio album by Shaggy. The title song "Boombastic" was a hit song spending a week at number one on the U.S. R&B chart, and a similar stint atop the UK Singles Chart. It also reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100 (his first Top 10 hit), backed with his cover of Mungo Jerry's "In the Summertime". There are two different versions of this song: the original mix and a remix by Sting which incorporates a sample of Marvin Gaye's Let's Get It On. The latter is featured on some versions of the album as a bonus track.
