Branon Jacobs (born July 6, 1982 in Napoleonville, Louisiana) is an American football running back for the New York Giants of the National Football League. He was drafted in the fourth round of the 2005 NFL Draft. With a rare combination of 4.54 speed and impressive size (around 6ft 4½ and 264lbs), Jacobs has been an asset for the Giants in goal-line situations. He led all rookies in rushing touchdowns with 7 in the 2005 season. In February of 2008 he became a Super Bowl Champion.
