The Bujinkan (武神館) is an international martial art organisation practicing the art commonly referre to as Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu (武神館武道体術). It is headed by the Sōke of the school, Masaaki Hatsumi (初見良昭). The arts taught in the Bujinkan organization are widely referred to as being forms of Ninjutsu. Specifcally the Bujinkan is known for teaching koshijutsu (pressure point, muscle and joint dislocations), koppojutsu (bone breaking), jutaijutsu (throwing, grappling, ground fighting), dakentaijutsu (strikes), happo bikenjutsu (various modern and traditional weapons), and ninpo tactics.
