Carrows is a chain of casual ining restaurants that serve breakfast and lunch/dinner in the western portion of the United States. As of 2004, the chain operates over 100 restaurants, mostly in California and with locations in Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Although New Mexico, is still listed on the company's web page as having restaurants, when the locator is selected, the sub page tells you that there are no Carrows in New Mexico. The last two Albuquerque restaurants have closed.
