Challenge is a British igital TV channel owned by Virgin Media Television. It was originally called The Family Channel but was later re-branded as Challenge TV. In 2003 the channel was again re-named but as just Challenge. The channel shows gameshows and quiz programmes taken from a variety of sources. Most are repeats of programmes acquired from terrestrial channel archives, but a few are original productions commissioned by Challenge itself.
