CIV was a ban from New York City. The band is named after its vocalist, Anthony Civarelli. Both Civ, Arthur and Wally are former members of Gorilla Biscuits, while Sammy played in many hardcore bands including Youth Of Today, Judge and Gorilla Biscuits.
