Copelan's is a restaurant chain started by New Orleans native Al Copeland in 1983. Copeland's offers New Orleans-style cuisine and a casual sit-down atmosphere. As of 2004, they claimed more than 40 locations in 12 states and offered a "steakhouse"-style expanded menu. Their bar offers several unique cocktails that are found only in Copeland's. The most famous is "Crash and Burn"—a large cocktail for 2-3 people.
