Creation Festival is a series of popular Christian music festivals hel in the United States. The original festival began in 1979 at Muddy Run Park in southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania until 1984 when the Northeast festival was moved to Agape Farm in Mount Union, Pennsylvania . Starting in 1998, the festival expanded to the west with the addition of "Creation Northwest" (formally Creation West) which is held at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. Because of the addition of the new festival, the original festival has become known as "Creation Northeast". The festivals feature popular Christian rock, contemporary, and worship music, a fringe stage (mostly for newer and harder Rock bands), guest speakers, public baptisms, communion, fireworks, extreme sports, and a candlelight service. The festival is a member of the Christian Festival Association.
