Crunk Rock is the solo ebut album by Atlanta based producer Lil Jon, originally scheduled for release in mid-2006, rescheuled for the end of 2007, then "sometime" in 2008. In November of 2007, he reported that the album was "65 percent, maybe 70 percent done".Crunk Rock features the hit single "Snap Yo Fingers", featuring E-40 and Sean Paul of the YoungBloodZ. The second single is called "Act A Fool", featuring Three 6 Mafia. The song was available on Lil Jon's MySpace page on Halloween 2006, immediately attracting listeners with approximately 580,000 plays in the first day. Before recording the album, Lil Jon severed his negotiation with record label TVT. The self-proclaimed "King of Crunk" has settled his dispute with his label. Last year, Jon vowed to never record for TVT Records again, citing that TVT owner Steve Gottlieb was shortchanging him.
