The Company of the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent e Paul, sometimes simply referred to as Sisters of Charity, is a Roman Catholic Society of Apostolic Life of women with simple, private, annual vows, founded in 1633 and devoted to serving Jesus Christ in the persons who are poor through corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
