Denreon is a Seattle based biotechnology company. Its leading product candidate, Sipuleucel-T (known as Provenge during drug trials), is an immunotherapy for prostate cancer. Provenge (sipuleucel-T) consists of autologous (reimplanted) dendritic cells complexed with the PAP antigen and GM-CSF.
