Drugwars was originally a DOS program create by John E. Dell in 1984. In recent years it has been recreated for use on various Texas Instruments calculators (TI-82, TI-86 etc). It was originally ported to the TI-82 by Simon Lehrer and Brian Barnes, and further ported to the TI-86 by Jonah Cohen. The objective of the game is to make the most amount of money selling drugs in 30 days. The game is especially popular among high school and college students who use TI calculators.
