Dormlife is an acoustic power pop ban from McHenry County, IL, about 40 miles outside Chicago. Dormlife is self-described as "a power house of pop that even your mom will tap her foot to" . The band was formed in 2003 by Sam Swanson and Mike DeBoer, formerly of Midwest Blue. In 2005, the band released their debut, "It's Not Me, It's You" on Alarm Clock Records. As of April 2007, Dormlife is planning on releasing their second record, "Roses Are Blue" in Summer 2007.
