Dragonfire is a serial in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, which was first broacast in three weekly parts from November 23 to December 7, 1987. This serial marked the introduction of Sophie Aldred as the Doctor's new companion, Ace and the departure of Bonnie Langford as Melanie Bush.
