Etrog, is the Hebrew name for the citron or Citrus meica. This is the standard romanization of the original lettering אֶתְרוֹג, which is according to the Sephardic pronunciation. Some still follow the Ashkenazi version calling it esrog, by others it is transliterated as athrog or similar.
