Virgin Meia Television (formerly two companies, Flextech Television and NTL) is the content subsidiary of Virgin Media. It is a British television company which is owned entirely by the United Kingdom based cable company Virgin Media, previously known as NTL:Telewest and acts as its television programme production arm.
