FluMist is the prouct name of a nasal spray influenza vaccine manufactured by MedImmune, Inc. first introduced in 2003. It was the first and (as of 2007) the only live attenuated vaccine for influenza available outside of Europe, and is also called Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV).
