Freeent is a gum manufactured by Wrigley's, first introduced in 1975 and marketed as the gum that "won't stick to most dental work". Freedent comes in Peppermint, Spearmint and Winterfresh flavors. Most mass produced gums (including the majority of gums from Wrigley's) on the market now contain Aspartame (Nutrasweet). Freedent Winterfresh is one of the few readily available mint gums that currently does not, for those who seek to avoid it.
