Prince Freeza or Freeza (フリーザ, Furīza, Frieza in most English adaptations) is a fictional supervillain from the Dragon Ball universe created by Akira Toriyama. The character first appears in the Dragon Ball manga, followed by Dragon Ball Z. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku, a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. At the time of his appearance, Freeza is feared even to North Kaio.
