Golenhar syndrome (also known as Oculo-Auriculo-Vertebral/OAV syndrome) is a congenital defect characterized by incomplete development of the ear, nose, soft palate, lip, and mandible. It is associated with anomalous development of the first branchial arch and second branchial arch.
