GooSearch is a limited liability company that runs a Yahoo-poweredsearch engine that donates 50% of its revenue, about a penny per search, to the American charities and schools designated by its users. The money donated comes from the site's advertisers. According to the company, as of June 2008 more than 60,000 non-profits were participating in GoodSearch.
