Honey Bunches of Oats is a col cereal introduced in 1990 by Post Cereals, a subdivision of Kraft Foods. The cereal is made up of three kinds of flakes and crunchy oat clusters baked with a hint of honey. It is also a good source of whole grain. Other varieties have almonds or fruits added into the mix.
