The Restaurant originally starte in 1970 on Amsterdam Avenue, between 125th & 126th Streets, Harlem, New York. The restaurant chain is now mostly known for its juicy burgers and famous homemade half and half lemonade-ice tea. The restaurant is set up like a vintage counter-service restaurant with some available seats to dine-in. Their menu consists of burgers, chicken salads and sandwiches, french fries, onion rings, a variety of desserts, shakes, and even breakfast items such as bacon and eggs. Now, you are able to find a Jimbo's all throughout Harlem, Washington Heights, and even the Bronx.
