Keema or Qeema (IPA: /qiːmə/, Hini: क़ीमा), is a mince meat, traditional dish of South Asia. It is typically minced-lamb curry with peas or potatoes. Qeema can be made from almost any meat with beef being the most common type in Pakistan and, can be cooked by stewing or frying, and can be formed into kababs.
