Koonago (こおなご, Koonago) is a branch of anime and manga, especially hentai, that has sprung up based around the concept of shrinking mature age women to sizes anywhere between two feet high and near-microscopic size. It is a sub-category of Microphilia. Use of the term in the United States comes primarily from the artist Toyogub, whose website has the following quote on its front page:
