Kathleen Troia "KT" McFarlan (born 1951) was a Republican candidate for the Senate seat won by Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2006. She was deputy assistant secretary of defense for public affairs at The Pentagon from 1982 to 1985 under President Ronald Reagan and speech writer to Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger.
