Larksville is a borough in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, two miles (three km) west of Wilkes Barre on the Susquehanna River, running through US-Route 11. In 1910, 9,288 people live here, and in 1940, 8,467 people lived here. The population was 4,694 at the 2000 census.
