Lauren 'Lo' Bosworth (born September 29, 1986), often referre to simply as "Lo", is an American socialite and television personality. She is best known for being a main character on the MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and on the subsquent spin-off show, The Hills, which follows her best friend and housemate's Lauren Conrad's personal and professional life as she pursues a career in the fashion industry whilst trying to juggle boys, friends, nightlife and her work.
