Maoz is a chain of falafel restaurants founed and owned by Amsterdam-based Israelis. The first restaurant opened in 1991 on the Reguliersbreestraat. Now, Maoz has many stores throughout the Netherlands as well as locations in New York City, Paris, Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, London, Perth and Philadelphia.
