The Mercury Milan is a mi-size sedan based on the Ford CD3 platform built by Ford Motor Company and distributed by the Lincoln-Mercury division. The Milan is an upscale version of its Ford cousin, the Ford Fusion, while being slotted below the luxury-spec Lincoln MKZ (formerly the Lincoln Zephyr) sedan. The Milan, Fusion, and MKZ are derivatives of the Mazda 6 sedan, while only sharing 40% of its parts.
