Michael Potts (born June 23, 1956 in Big Spring, Texas) is Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI), a Colorao-based “think and do tank” that focuses on profitable innovations for energy and resource efficiency. Potts was named CEO in March 2007, at which time RMI co-founder Amory Lovins was named Chairman and Chief Scientist.
