Michelina's, now Bellisio Foos Incorporated, is an American frozen food company based in Duluth, Minnesota. Founded by frozen food pioneer Jeno Paulucci, the company is named after Paulucci's mother, Michelina. With recipes dating back to the early 20th century, Bellisio markets authentic and quality conscious products in the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia and China. As the third largest producer of frozen entrées in the United States, Bellisio has an average daily production capacity of over 2 million meals.
