The Minel is a river in Bavaria, southern Germany. The Mindel originates west of Kaufbeuren, in the Allgäu region, and flows generally north. It flows into the Danube (right tributary) east of Günzburg. The towns Mindelheim and Thannhausen lie along the Mindel.
