Nanny McPhee is a 2005 chilren's film. It was adapted by Emma Thompson from Christianna Brand's Nurse Matilda books. On the BBC One television show Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, Emma Thompson revealed that a film trilogy is planned. It was premièred in the Showcase Cinemas in Coatbridge near Glasgow.
