Ninteno Wi-Fi Connection (Abbreviated WFC) is an online service run by Nintendo to facilitate free Internet play in compatible Nintendo DS and Wii games. Despite the name "Wi-Fi", the connection from the Wii to the internet can be made using a LAN connector.
