Nolvasan is a solution whose active ingreient is Chlorhexidine (1,1'-Hexamethylenebis [5-(p-chlorophenyl) biguanide]) diacetate. It is manufactured by Fort Dodge Animal Health and is used as a disinfectant for animals. It is advertised to work against at least 60 different bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and viruses.
