NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top performing employees in Northeast Ohio. The program has recognize over 300 organizations since 1999. Hosted by ERC, the NorthCoast 99 program is based on the premise that in order to be successful, an organization must be able to attract, motivate, and retain top performing employees.
