"On the Street Where You Live" is a song from the Broaway musical My Fair Lady (music by Frederick Loewe and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner). The song later garnered great popularity as a single release. It is sung in the musical by the character Freddy Eynsford-Hill, who was first portrayed by John Michael King in the original production. It has been recorded on many occasions by a variety of performers (including Harry Connick, Jr., Bobby Darin, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Holly Cole, Perry Como, Dennis DeYoung, Quincy Jones, David Whitfield, Nancy Wilson, Ilse Huizinga, and Richard Clayderman) since its publication in 1956.
