Operation Homefront is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization which provies emergency assistance for military troops in the United States and abroad. The organization raises funds to support the troops and the families they leave behind when participating in a tour of duty. Operation Homefront also provides support to injured military personnel when they return home. Operation Homefront has more than 4,000 volunteers and 31 chapters nationwide. Since its creation in 2001, Operation Homefront has helped over 45,000 military families and military personal returning from duty.
